We chose the KLICKFIX® adaptor system for its universality and quality. This adapter is the No. 1 reference on the market, compatible with 95% of bicycles (electric and non-electric).
A few brands are currently not compatible: Vanmoof and Brompton.

The Klickfix® adaptor system is included for any purchase of a basket on our website www.petitesreines.com. It is also available in most bicycle e-shops on the internet, at your local bicycle dealers and at the Bon Marché.

We recommend the K0211EBL model offering security with key and maximum peace of mind.

Our basket is made of aluminum wire and then painted. Designed with a strong requirement for resistance and robustness, it does not require any particular maintenance.
Our pouch is machine washable at 30°, inside out to protect the screen-printed logo.

Our MAYA bridle is also washable in warm, soapy water. The leather of MAYA bridles is water resistant and can be nourished with a colorless leather care cream.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Once the shipment has been confirmed by our workshop, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. The deadlines are 5 working days and up to a week for foreign countries.

Once the delivery confirmation email has been received, a tracking link will be sent to you. In one click you will view the status of the delivery. A delay of 24 hours is sometimes required to update the first information.

If the delivery of your package exceeds the estimated time, first check that your delivery address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses are likely to be returned to us and cause a delay in re-delivery.

If the package was lost during delivery, please contact us by email at bonjour@petitesreines.com as soon as possible. Your email must include a sworn statement of your non-receipt as well as a copy of your identity card.

However, if the package was delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the package.

In the event of a damaged package, please contact us via the email address bonjour@petitesreines.com with supporting photos. You have 3 days to report a damaged package to us.

We wanted to start with one of your priorities: to be able to transport your belongings with style and panache, on foot or by bike. This is how the LAURA basket was born.
